Crash Reporting
PeaFast uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect crashes and improve app stability. Crash reports may include technical diagnostics such as app version, device/OS information, and error logs. When available, a user identifier may be associated to help diagnose account-specific issues.
Data Retention and Deletion
PeaFast keeps operational data for analytics, notifications, and account continuity while needed to provide app features.
During identity-mapping flows, older duplicate profile trees can be marked as quarantined and are removed by automated cleanup. The default quarantine period is 14 days before deletion.
If you want your data deleted, contact support@peafast.com. We may request verification details before processing deletion requests.
